Teaching
My teaching principles are based on sound work ethics, combining dedication and commitment that will help me to inspire and share my objectives with others. My passion for coaching extends itself through all levels of development, and I find true satisfaction in each individual‘s progress. I view skating as a platform to positively influence a student’s self-esteem, regardless of their personal interest, and I commit myself to a high level of professionalism, providing my best attention to all students at all times.
While promoting a safe and harmonious environment to work in, my duty is to help each student, through flexibility and creativity in lesson structure, to find and create their own personal measure of success. In my view, skating is best approached not for an end result, but for THE PROCESS itself. I look forward to a rewarding relationship that will make this journey into figure skating, one that will forever continue to make a difference in your life

KSVR Leiden
Since September 2010 I have returned to KSVR Leiden where I enjoy teaching skaters of all ages, abilities, and objectives, where each student is treated unique, with different needs, interests, strengths, and challenges that requires creativity in my coaching style in order to reach the desired result. Individual talent, ambition, determination, commitment are the things that influence the progress and success. By having a common desire for excellence, I can help each student to find and create a personal measure of success, in the process of becoming the best that one can be, making this experience enjoyable and rewarding!
